In case you order amount is below Rs.1500, we charge a nominal, flat fee of Rs.100 to ship your little angel's goodies to you anywhere in the country.
After you place your order with us, we immediately begin the packing process with lots of love and care to make sure the product you have ordered for your little royal reaches you in the best possible condition.
Your order is usually dispatched within 2-4 working days from the date you place you order and should reach you within 3-5 working days after being shipped from our warehouse.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and so allow our customers to refund or exchange any item within 5 days from your date of receipt, if for any reason you change your mind on the product you bought.
If you are unhappy with the product received, please visit our customer service section on our website and send us a return confirmation within 5 days of receipt confirming your intent to return/exchange the merchandise. Simultaneously, you are requested to arrange to dispatch the merchandise to our return address ensuring that we receive the returned item within 15 days from your original receipt.
Within 7 days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm your card has been refunded or issue you a equal value voucher for use on our website, depending on instructions on the refund form submitted by you. Please note, it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on this processing time.
Refund value will be equal to your paid amount for returned purchase less shipping charges at time of purchase. If you benefitted from “Free Shipping” offer, only 95% of product cost would be refunded.
For all refunds, we will refund the amount to same mode of payment as used during checkout. In case you made the payment by cash on delivery, we will mail you a check or do an online transfer of funds to the customer’s bank account.
If the return is due to goods being delivered damaged or an incorrect item or color being shipped, we will replace the item if it remains in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, you will be refunded the entire amount as well the shipping charges paid for order delivery.
For the safety of our customers and to enhance their shopping experience with us we offer convenient COD (Cash On Delivery) services as well!
We currently offer COD to multiple pin codes but not all due to logistical limitations. In case you place an order and it is determined that COD is not available for you pin code, we will reach out to you and request another payment method. We are constantly trying to cover maximum pin codes but are depended on our delivery partners to the areas we can offer this service.
